The only negative is the 'waiting room', which is itself is stretching the description.
Other than that each of the staff, especially Bev, treated me with kindness, respect and professionalism.
The treatment had a massive and corrective effect.

My sessions were very useful I helped with my back issues, I never felt rushed or made to feel stupid.
The waiting time for a 1-2-1 session could be automatically reduced! I attended a group session but fortunately for me I was the only attendee, so did not have to wait months.
