Everything was nice (staff, the environmental etc). We had all hearing assessment and they was very careful with my daughter and they know how to work with her to not feel like she is at doctor. We come here every time with pleasure.

-> The child was engaged with toys and was very much involved. Did not feel as he was having a hearing test done.
-> The self explanatory sticker.
Improvement
I am not sure of any.
It was our first experience,we are happy.
