Roger treated me with respect and understood what I was saying with regards to my problem. Very helpful in explaining how to manage exercises to improve things.

My physio Charlotte put me at ease and at no time gave me an impression that there was a time limit to the session. She was friendly and informative. At my previous session she had correctly identified my problem- I had started to limp and had increased discomfort from arthritic knees. She had given me exercises to strengthen my calf's, quads and hamstrings that had weakened during a prolonged period of chemotherapy. I continue with gym sessions in what is an excellent experience of care.

Roger was easy to understand and very good at putting me at ease- Feel the information given was really helpful. Felt that Roger 'really knew his stuff' and up to date with current thinking'- (got this from conversation we had).
