Physio encouraged with firmness.
Gym trainers had patience and encourage to keep active or moving, very compassionate.
My experience here was very rewarding as to keep active as much as I can.

I felt Jaz listened to my complaint and was very professional.
She explained what she was going to do and did a full assessment of my hips.
I was given printed information to support my exercise resume.
Very nice staff.
