My physio, Margaret was always cheerful, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt in safe hands. However I never got into my appointment on time waiting between 15 + 45 mins every time. I also found that often the computer system was malfunctioning causing delays at the desk. It felt a shame that the system(s) somehow isn't supporting good clinicians well enough.

I received excellent help and advice one very way.
Very helpful and clear diagnosis of my problem from an obviously very experienced lady.
Very helpful treatment manipulatively and I feel the diagnosis, advice and treatment will greatly improve my condition.

The information given was good and clear.
It is very generic and I would have benefited from more advise suited to my job. (The physical movements working with young primary school children).
