- Made to feel welcome and at ease.
- Did not feel under pressure to get through the appointment despite clinic being very busy.
- Laura discussed everything she was doing and explained why I needed to do the exercises which gave me confidence to do them.

The whole procedure was explained, the reason for the exercises and what was causing the pain! I felt I was important and my issues were treated. The exercises being printed out to take home was extremely helpful.
