It was lovely to find someone who genuinely cared about my son. I was listened to, taken seriously and all my questions were answered. Whenever I am told to expect a follow up phone call, they alway come on time. I feel my son has been treated brilliantly by this department, compared to my negative experiences of other departments. Shirley does a fantastic job and does not need to change anything.

Always extremely friendly and very informative
Hannah foster the dietician always explains perfectly and never makes me
Feel embarrassed or uncomfortable when talking about my situation .
It's just a shame you have to wait for so long for an appointment my first appointment , I waited 6 months , I feel that even if you. Had to wait for a dietician an appointment with a health care assistant who could weigh measure and find out what the problem is who could then in turn inform the dietician would be beneficial . She could also give you a food diary to keep so when you see the dietician she has all the information to hand .
