It was lovely to find someone who genuinely cared about my son. I was listened to, taken seriously and all my questions were answered. Whenever I am told to expect a follow up phone call, they alway come on time. I feel my son has been treated brilliantly by this department, compared to my negative experiences of other departments. Shirley does a fantastic job and does not need to change anything.
