The welcome, support and advice I was given was excellent once I was with the dieticians.
Improvements could definitely be made on the 'welcome' received on entering the building - Corby Diagnostic Centre. Staff at the main reception desk did not know there was a Dietician Clinic taking place, in fact they questioned if I was in the right place! There was no signage at all to say which waiting area to use and once I had finally arrived in the right place this was only confirmed by relatives of another patient.

Nothing should be improved, the doctor was lovely and supportive. She understood completely everything we said, and we felt comfortable to discuss sensitive subjects with her.
