The welcome, support and advice I was given was excellent once I was with the dieticians. Improvements could definitely be made on the 'welcome' received on entering the building - Corby Diagnostic Centre. Staff at the main reception desk did not know there was a Dietician Clinic taking place, in fact they questioned if I was in the right place! There was no signage at all to say which waiting area to use and once I had finally arrived in the right place this was only confirmed by relatives of another patient.
