I have been treated with dignity and respect throughout. No mention was made of my faith or culture, but I do not feel that it needed to be in this situation. I am white/British and therefore probably in the majority of service users.

The care that I have received has been excellent. However, initially I think that I was assessed by a physiotherapy assisstant who slightly mis-diagnosed me resulting in a couple of weeks when my exercises were not targeted as well as they could have been. Since I have been working with the physiotherapist my condition has improved a lot.

My physio Lauren Stiles was very thorough, professional and courteous. I was very well looked after over the 8 months I was in Lauren's care. I was supplied with exercises to help my mobility of my shoulder and ease the pain I had been experiencing. The treatment has been extremely beneficial and I am very grateful for Lauren's help and kindness.

The service I received has been fantastic from start to finish. The ladies at Highfield Hand Therapy were very caring and professional and did a great job of making me a splint and advising on how and when to use it. I then received a steroid injection into my hand to treat my trigger finger. This was administered by Physiotherapist Dakshika who again was very reassuring and professional and advised me on follow up exercises. The treatment has worked well and Dakshika has telephoned me twice since then and advised me on further exercises to do. I’ve now been discharged. I’m more than happy with the service I have received.

I received lots of advice and support, and exercises to help me with my injury, the information I received was reassuring and easy to follow. The Physiotherapist was understanding and supportive, and took time to explain things and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed in any way and felt much better having the knowledge and support to work my way back to exercise again. I feel lucky to have received such great care and good advice which has helped me get back to the gym, thank you.
