Extremely kind and caring and put me totally at ease with my problem. Talked through everything with me without ever being condescending or patronising and gave me plenty of chances to ask questions. Really impressed with the service I got!

Both Kelly and Lauren gave excellent advice in how to gradually recover from injuring both achilles.
The booking system was simple and effective and I was able to call earlier if needed.

spiritual/faith needs were not an issue, and therefore not rated. I have no reason to suspect that - had they arisen during this brief telephone conversation - they would have not been recognised, as all my other needs were managed professionally.

Allow more than ten minutes for a consultation.

John spoke to me on a professional level as I am also a HCP. He took a detailed history, explained the diagnosis and discussed the treatment plan. I’ve already received the exercise regime suggested by text and email.
All in all an excellent service and hopefully I’ll be o. The road to recovery in no time!
