spiritual/faith needs were not an issue, and therefore not rated. I have no reason to suspect that - had they arisen during this brief telephone conversation - they would have not been recognised, as all my other needs were managed professionally.
Suggested improvements
Allow more than ten minutes for a consultation.

FCP consultations are scheduled for 20 mins. This may have been shorter due to connectivity issues which we apologise for.
