AnE afternoon staff on duty Saturday 24 th June Time span 12:30 pm until 7 pm gave excellent service including X Ray CT scan This involves All nursing /non nursing staff team. 7 pm until 12 mins night A very different experience Staff did their best but they were Under staffed. No doctors to be seen until constantly called.

Arrived at 10.30 pm and wasn't seen until 6.50 a.m the next day. Staff were very polite and helpful but didn't keep you up to date with waiting time which would have been helpful as I have type 1 diabetes.

Advise and update on waiting time.

Hard working people in each section of A&E had great attention and thorough checking on my condition. Able to leave with confidence that my condition is under control. We are very fortunate to have such a dedicated group of professionals looking after us.

Given the day being Sunday staff levels less than midweek

Very good treatment from everyone. Child was shown exemplary care and consideration.

Please consider carers with their children. On rainforest ward from 12 until 8.30 pm, not offered food or drink and hadn’t eaten since 7.30 am. I did find a coffee shop open eventually but it makes sense to offer something. It was blazing hot.

My daughter came in at 16 years old after being attacked and hit on the back of the head repeatedly by an adult she had bleeding for over 5 hours , which the police promptly told the receptionist twice we had no observation after seeing the nurse , whilst telling them she had headaches and dizziness, she got one when her nose started bleeding which was blood pressure check which was hours later . she also was told she needed a cat scan which was never received after having all that trauma to her head and face . I didn’t feel she got seen to as a satisfactory level at all

Have enough staff to treat the patients and waiting times are disgusting.

Was in the department for 11 hours. Water fountain would be appreciated instead of using water from bathroom taps. Saw Dr and was told to sit in waiting room because tannoy went for all drs to attend board meeting, which was fine but after 40 minutes I had to ask why I was waiting and what the plan was. Apart from that the care I received from all drs nurses, admin, was great

Communication when asked to sit back in waiting area as to what and why your waiting for. No discharge summary given Overall 11 hours in department, obviously I know pressures in a and e on all staff but quicker waiting times would be great but I know this is a national problem. I'm just so grateful to have been seen and treated Thanks

The wait time for a head injury I found very now for a 2 year old. We had to wait 7 hours for his head to be checked, clean and glued back together. The reception staff were very kind, caring and understanding. The nurse who did the triage was amazing, very approachable and great with Albie!

Very disappointed with the dr as she glued our sons eye together while treating his head meaning he went through more trauma than he needed to!
