Staff were considerate of my needs although sometimes I had to ask/ chase to find out what was happening next.
Suggested improvements
Stay was over Bank holiday which slowed down access to scans etc, meaning longer stay than necessary.
Floors were not cleaned in over 36 hours although bay/ ward appeared generally clean and well maintained.

Couldn’t go without a wheelchair & the nurse took us to the car as my wife couldn’t push it

i have been treated amazingly on my stay since surgery, the staff on b7 have been amazing. i dreaded coming in but i have been treated with the best service possible. i want to say a massive thanks to the staff, they’re brilliant and so kind

I had to visit the hospital 4 days in a row in 3 or 4 departments. I found all staff, including paramedics, Consultant, Doctors and Nurses amazing. They were kind, informative and caring at a very scary time for me. I could not fault anyone of them... They all deserve so much more and all i can say is Thank you.

Dr Sarah Jones was excellent as was the rest of the staff. I would have appreciated being told sooner what would be happening and approximate times between treatments. I didn't mind waiting, expected to, but length of waits can be frustrating. I realise the staff are so busy and was grateful for their care.

woken up by staff in morning no washing facilities provided .
ignored by some. plus when i phoned from home to inform hospital
that i had tested positive for sars covid the switcboard put me
through to the a&e where i had been staying however the call was simply answered then terminated imediately.

washing facilities in the morning. staff (nurses) stood chatting disperse when i
aproach with a question. or simply turn and walk away
