woken up by staff in morning no washing facilities provided . ignored by some. plus when i phoned from home to inform hospital that i had tested positive for sars covid the switcboard put me through to the a&e where i had been staying however the call was simply answered then terminated imediately.

washing facilities in the morning. staff (nurses) stood chatting disperse when i aproach with a question. or simply turn and walk away
