Absolutely 1st class service, the chap who came was Portuguese, sadly I've forgotten his name now, but he was brilliant, worked quickly and safely, and responded to our call within a couple of hours. Cant praise him or the service enough.

Nothing could improve the service we received.

From walking into a&e the nurse that was at reception saw that my son wasn't well at all and took us straight through to be seen.. we were dealt with by the 2 fantastic nurses Zara and Britney, not only were they fantastic with George , keeping him calm and playing with him when they knew he was getting fed up, but they were amazing with me too, keeping me up to date with everything and reassuring me that he was ok.. honestly this had been the best and quickest visit to the hospital we have had with George and I am so grateful for them both, for the kindness and professionalism they showed my son and I... thankyou so so much

Stopped the receptionist from been more bothered about saying hello to other nurses and forgetting what she had already asked me, like we was a burdon to her... everything else was spot on

I took my elderly partially sighted aunt to A @E with a hip injury which turned out to be a fracture. We stood waiting for 30 mins to be seen by registration, a further 4 hours for my aunt , sitting in the waiting area ,to see the A & E consultant. From that point she was treated well with kindness. She was admitted to the short stay ward for treatment during the evening. I was so upset I could not work the machine to get out of the car park . I was supposed to be charged £4.60 so I expect I will get a fine. I can’t say my experience is one I want to repeat. As I left the department the queue outside prevented any social distancing in the entrance. The whole department is undergoing an up grade but the conditions for patients waiting is far from good. There seemed to be loads of staff sitting in front of computers but little attempt was made for any kind of patient care.

Show some kindness to patients who sit up to four hours with no information about what will happen to them .

The bed is for my 86 year old mother who has mobility issues

Two of your staff came to deliver and fit up a powered bed, they were polite and efficient and explained the features of the bed very well

All staff I came across on this ward were extremely caring and compassionate. I was really looked after and can't thank them enough. Sue and student nurse Kerry we excellent!

All staff on endoscopy unit were amazing. Made me feel at ease and comfortable the whole way through. Very friendly and professional.

Nothing this was the best experience I have had before, from the moment I arrived til I left I was treated with care and by friendly staff.
