Staff were polite and respectful. I attended a&e then straight to fracture clinic and then onto x-ray dept, who were polite and friendly. Overall a pleasent experience. I was in and out of the hospital within an hour and 15 minutes. Thank you.

I was advised to go to A&E by another department, sat there for 3 hours and was called through. Was examined, told j needed bloods and a spinal MRI scan. The doctor went and came back and said her colleague told her to discharge me and my GP can refer me. I do hope it doesn't turn out to be a serious spinal injury as my GP has said it will take up to 4 weeks to be seen via that route!!

Treated me rather than make me feel I was wasting their time when it was a health professional who advised me to go after having done an examination themselves!!

Concerned with seeing a different doctor every day on ward rounds. They all had different opinions and ideas which left me confused. I did not know any of their names (no name badges), so cannot complete this fully.

More co-ordinated approach to my treatment.

Waiting room area was not very clean at all. Debris and rubbish left on floor.

Employ a cleaner for the waiting area.

All staff were really good, the only problem was the waiting time and lack of communication but I understand that can't be helped in these covid times.

Communicate on length of wait.

It was the best experience I have had within the department. Felt like I was cared for and that they had time and compassion and not like I was wasting time or just a number.

I was asked to go to a & e in Grimsby after being admitted to chelsie hospital with a heart issue The receptionist was rude Also the nurses said I would be waiting 4 hours and I agreed to go to my gp as they really didn’t want me at the hospital I was asked to sign an orange paper they said Chelsea were being over precautions Really ! I had had a n acute pulmonary oedema I was treat with dignity and respect at London It died not cost a person anything to show ,care, I suggest you train your staff to be carers The difference with attitudes was astounding

Staff were very busy but we were still quick to be seen. Cleaners came round while I was there so no complaints from us.
