On a positive front, visiting hospital is generally based on necessity to have treatment or see a specialist.
That we have this standard of service is a great thing.
Negative: despite doctors and medical staff being very well trained and high levels of care given, as a patient the one biggest failure is lack of communication especially when time delays are occurring.
It is just frustrating for patients and can lead to stress.
Quick service.
Everything has been good/nothing to be improved.
Doctor went for lunch before seeing patient, sandwiches and tea provided which was a big plus.
I would never recommend this ward because it is most likely you will get sent by doctor.
Staff attention.
Abit understanding me as a person.
Care attentive understanding, nurses, but not enough of them.
Food could be improved.
