On a positive front, visiting hospital is generally based on necessity to have treatment or see a specialist. That we have this standard of service is a great thing. Negative: despite doctors and medical staff being very well trained and high levels of care given, as a patient the one biggest failure is lack of communication especially when time delays are occurring. It is just frustrating for patients and can lead to stress.
