If anything I would say that sometimes there's a very long wait between different members of staff. Also maybe to be locked on during night if light in and awake, unable to sleep.

After all the bad publicity I was not looking forward to my first overnight stay in a hospital for more than 50 years. Pleasantly surprised and could not have asked for better care.

The front desk are busy and they treat you as well as can be expected taking that into consideration.
I always receive excellent care from the Cardiac outpatients team.
Overall a smooth journey through the process of my appointment.
The question: Was your carer or family member involved enough in decisions made about you? - did not apply as I came on my own but there is no N/A as an answer, hence the one star so I could move on with the questionnaire.
