The front desk are busy and they treat you as well as can be expected taking that into consideration. I always receive excellent care from the Cardiac outpatients team. Overall a smooth journey through the process of my appointment. The question: Was your carer or family member involved enough in decisions made about you? - did not apply as I came on my own but there is no N/A as an answer, hence the one star so I could move on with the questionnaire.
