Takes too long for appointments. Always have to chase bust when finally seen things get done had to complain to get my appointment.

Better communication and cater to needs better.

Thank you for your feedback. We try to keep our appointments to time but sometimes consultations overrun due to unexpected complexities in patient presentation. I am sorry that you experienced a delay in your appointment starting time.

Thank you for your feedback. Whilst we endeavour to keep booked appointments running to time, they do sometimes overrun and this has a knock on effect for all patients booked to see the clinician that day. I am sorry that there was a delay in your case.
