The care we received was amazing and every nurse we met was fantastic. The only thing that needs improvement is the referral process. We only had H.A.H for 6 days before I lost, mum, I had repeatedly mentioned having support at home but was told by the hospice stage yet. When we did it was invaluable and I can't thank you enough.
