The hospice at hoe ladies were very kind and thoughtful. They gave my wife and I great comfort during my wife, remaining time. With their helpful support. The final days, including funeral. { }/care/time were spoken about with dignity. We had peace of mind. Thank you all.

We had the mask wonderful person, she looked after my late husband with extra, { } dignity. She not really looked after my husband but the whole family./nThe { } who cannot in were also wonderful.
Lack of Tv service.
Thank you for your feedback. There were problems with the TV system and it took a considerable time for us to identify the problem and get an external company in to sort the issue with the WIFI router.
Following my husband's discharge from the hospital when you discovered he has a severe bed some on his sacrum which we were manicure of your provided fantastic care for him. Care I would have expected in the hospital which was looking. We all felt as a family surrounded by love by the whole team so thank all your team for their input. It was wonderful.
Reassuring and always someone available for me to talk to if needed.

Thank you for your feedback. We are working regularly with our referrers to get referrals as early as possible. We are also exploring how we can get care planned for patients as soon as possible after receiving the referral. We will ensure the team is made aware of this feedback.

I appreciated having someone I could rely on to take care of my husband while I did something else. Even if I remained at my husband's side the carer was so knowledgeable that I felt relieved that I did not have to make decisions about his care on my own.
