Long wait from GP. Referral (end August mid November 2016).
First three appointments - which is assessment and 2 appointments from 15:11:16 to 30:11:16.. Then no more appointment until 30:1:17.

Thank you for your feedback. We are conscious the team has long waiting lists at the present time. Due to a vacancy within the service and limited cover, the waiting times have increased. We have been successful in recruiting a new member of staff and this will improve waiting times in time

I cannot think of anything that could be improved.
I have always been treated with care and understanding.
Suggestions are made on things I could try at home.
I have found this service invaluable.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, built my confidence and really made a difference at a time of feeling vulnerable made me feel that with support this was something I could control the outcome of and make an input to my recovery.

- 3 hour visits to do 'waited needed - very unable.
- Communication excellent.
- Only criticism is of overall NHS service being poorly coordinated - e.g on occasion independent practitioner's changed direction/approach.
- It would be helpful there were a 'care co-ordinator' who had overall responsibility and authority to implement plan.
