- 3 hour visits to do 'waited needed - very unable. - Communication excellent. - Only criticism is of overall NHS service being poorly coordinated - e.g on occasion independent practitioner's changed direction/approach. - It would be helpful there were a 'care co-ordinator' who had overall responsibility and authority to implement plan.
