Hospice at home staff supported me to care for my dad in the last week of his life. Also, they were there on the evening he died. To have experienced and competent staff for those 4 odd hours a day allowed me to be a daughter and not his carer. I was scared and emotionally drained, they supported me to realize "it was OK not to be OK" on the evening he died I don't even want to think about how I'd have coped. So reassuring to have a phone and get reassurance. Following his death.
I was well looked after at the lymphoedema clinic. Helen thoroughly explained to me how to take care of myself to keep lymphoedema under control. Very happy with the care I received.
Very impressed with care from time I was greeted and throughout consultation. Location was a problem since I had come from radiotherapy at KGH after journey from Kettering. Two buses both to and from Hospice and very long day. Food and coffee on site good
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, Lymphoedema Team does not presently have space or resources to do clinics in Kettering. We are constantly reviewing where we can run clinics and hope that in the future with more space we will be able to offer a satellite clinic in the Kettering or North Northants area.
Course content soundly based.
Presentation good.
Just what I needed especially the social aspects of the group activities.
It's a pleasure to come as staff are so pleasant.
I look forward to coming.
Really good/caring staff.
Staff are very attentive.
Hannah was very professional, friendly. She explained everything really well and nothing was too much trouble for her.
Nurses are perfect.
Doctors even better.
Good hospice to go to.
