The Age UK 'end of life' care team took most care of my brother but the hospice at home team were always on the other end of a phone - very supportive, kind and informative. The carers and nurses that did visit were marvelous, very professional and also comforting. Your care and attention enabled my brother to die at home as he wished surrounded by his family.
Even with a difficult illness, he died with dignity. Thank you very much.

H@H was involved in the end of life care of my mother. An incredibly adaptive/responsive team of sensitive professionals seamlessly merged into our home life offering both us and my mother varying and appropriate care as her disease progress and her/our meds changed. I cannot thank you enough. On behalf of my family and my late mum.

The care provided was excellent.
All the nurses were considerate in all aspects which also helped myself as well as the patient which put us both at ease in a horrible situation. As far as I am concerned there is not much more all of your nurses could have done.

I believe that the care and support we received was very good and helpful. We received help during meetings with the nurse and through telephone calls.
Each of my doubts or suggestions were considered and immediately resolved. I am very happy with your service.
