The Age UK 'end of life' care team took most care of my brother but the hospice at home team were always on the other end of a phone - very supportive, kind and informative. The carers and nurses that did visit were marvelous, very professional and also comforting. Your care and attention enabled my brother to die at home as he wished surrounded by his family. Even with a difficult illness, he died with dignity. Thank you very much.
