Excellent attention at all times. Quick response most times to bell push. Great knowledge in respect of queries and problems.
Occasional lack of knowledge of specific problems by some staff, but overall more senior staff knew the action required.
I have been in a few hospitals but the level of care in here has been exceptional. The ratio of staff to patients is superb. Of course the occasional sudden short term sickness by staff is a problem, but the other staff cover with much patience and kindness.
Improvement would be hard to make within budgets and pre-planning - thank you to everyone for their attention!!
Thank you for looking after my pop! This place is a God sent for a tough period in a family's life. Big appreciation for all the members of staff.
The care was excellent, not only did the team members look after my husband but my whole family.
We were treated with kindness and respect and my husband was afforded the dignity he deserved. Your team came to our aid at exactly the right time and we will be eternally grateful.
The care given was extremely beneficial to both myself (wife and carer) and my husband. The professionals were very kind and caring. They allowed me to be involved which was reassuring for my husband. Their knowledge was very valuable when dealing with day to day routines when dealing with day to day routines which gave me the confidence to manage on my own when they had gone. We considered ourselves very fortunate to have been allowed this service as we realised how much in demand they were.
Visiting carers were wonderful. Caring and very friendly, putting everyone at ease. Diagnostic services could have been better during the previous months even years.
Thank you for your feedback about the Hospice at Home team. Acknowledging your feedback about the previous diagnostics, this is not something that is part of our service.
All very good. Excellent treatment and care.
We were confident that we could leave the patient in the hands of hospice at home as they use experienced registered nurses.
Some of the carers seemed not to have the professional expertise or experience as most of the others, but the caring aspect was quite adequate and appreciated. Those from the local hospices and local health teams - nurses, of various kinds - were outstanding in their approach, competence and experience.
The care was a gift to us during mum's last few days. The care, kindness, thoughtfulness will always be remembered. We were provided with the appropriate help and support to suit the circumstances. I don't believe anything could be improved. We already speak highly of the service since we received and will always be very grateful for the positive and constructive help.
Excellent care from Helen as usual. Excellent assessment, advice and a clear medical plan. Many thanks.
