The personal touch all the staff put in across the board. Nothing is too much whatever the time of day or night which has helped me on this journey. The whole team is just brilliant.

The nurses were very friendly helpful, professional, a high class of care. All empathy for one elderly grandmother and for myself and my sister at the time of my sister at the time of end of life care for my grandmother. The ladies were very heart warming and sympathetic. Fair service. Well recommend.

We felt really well supported by the whole team. Previous care, district nurses, hospice at home ladies were all very good and the night sitter excellent. All the equipment arrived on time and taken away quickly a good service. The only thing we didn't like was the carer from 24/7 his name was Patrick, he was the manager. We just didn't take to him.

I am currently undergoing wrapping of my leg which has deduced from 42% to 22% in one week. Fantastic result. New stronger stocking on order to hopefully maintain leg at mid 20's.

We couldn't fault the care and respect the patient was given or shown. The nurses and carers always spoke to the patient first before discussing anything with the family.
Nothing was too much trouble. Any questions were answered truthfully and in depth if required.

Helen explained every step of the way about my treatment plan. Her words of enthusiasm and encouragement have kept me looking forward. Helen makes you feel that one to fighting all the way for the benefit of me as a patient. A dedicated nurse. Thank you Helen.
