We felt really well supported by the whole team. Previous care, district nurses, hospice at home ladies were all very good and the night sitter excellent. All the equipment arrived on time and taken away quickly a good service. The only thing we didn't like was the carer from 24/7 his name was Patrick, he was the manager. We just didn't take to him.
