Staff are continually looking for ways to improve my conditions.
Excellent care - can't think of any improvements.
The attention to detail is very good. The nurses and doctors are fabulous.
I was treated with kindness and dignity as if I was an individual and with a desire to treat my individual needs.
I honestly can't see how there could be any improvement made but equally such that if there were any improvements that could be made every effort would be made to bring them about.
Everybody is friendly.
happy with everything.
I am writing on behalf of my husband patient. We find this place extremely peaceful and the staff are excellent in every way possible. I feel very content leaving my husband in their care.
Patient's wife.
Such a calm and compassionate environment, all staff have been very considerate and empathetic, such a difficult time has been made a little easier by such a lovely place.
Thank you so much.
Everything good.
Nothing needs to be improved.
Enjoyed Tai Chi but disappointed I can't continue. Would like the class to be available on Tuesday morning as part of a whole day of activities at day hospice. Also means my husband gets a whole day respite from caring.
Thank you for the positive feedback on the Tai Chi group. This is the first course we have run and have received a lot of positive feedback including the request for 'follow on' sessions. We are presently looking at how this could be accommodated later in 2019, but we have to ensure this does not replace other valuable sessions. We are also exploring the opportunity to run Tai Chi sessions on an alternative day. As the service has gradually moved over the past 18 months from whole days to morning and afternoon sessions, as the needs of patients have changed, there is no plan to revert back to running whole day sessions
