Everyone was friendly, staff worked extremely hard, although at times appeared to be understaffed. Couldn't fault the quality of care I received.

The thing that I found most good about the care enjoyed by Magriel was the cheerfulness that flowed between the staff and patients. Then made for a pleasant atmosphere made the care home.
The staff always seem to be in a hurry. She makes it difficult for them to respond to care and inquiries that might be better attended less immediately.

Attended as a day patient in the Cathorpe Ward. Excellent communication from nurse Jo regarding my treatment. She phones to let me know what is happening and offers me support and continuity, and important factor.
The ward is clean and tidy and well run but nurse Jo could do with a little more support from other nursing staff at busy times and a quicker service when she calls for a porter to collect blood.
Overall, a great hospital, very friendly staff and I consider myself very fortunate to have this high standard of care.

Nothing is too much trouble. They laugh off all problems I cause.
