Attended as a day patient in the Cathorpe Ward. Excellent communication from nurse Jo regarding my treatment. She phones to let me know what is happening and offers me support and continuity, and important factor. The ward is clean and tidy and well run but nurse Jo could do with a little more support from other nursing staff at busy times and a quicker service when she calls for a porter to collect blood. Overall, a great hospital, very friendly staff and I consider myself very fortunate to have this high standard of care. Thank you, all of you.
