[name removed] the specialist nurse was very caring, kind and positive. She was a good listener. The PD team always answer emails promptly.

I had to remind the PD team about scheduling my appointment with [name removed] (nurse) as more than 6 months since seeing consultant. However not their fault as they had Beckley due to covid and lock down.

Everything I needed to know and more was explained in a way. I could understand and if not repeated for me. There was no hurrying and very helpful.

[name removed] has been fantastic. She has given myself support and normalised everything being a second time mum. [name removed] has also been great with the care given to my daughter. She has given lots of information and advice going forward until our next health visitor visit at 1 year old.

The team at Northampton are amazing and an asset to the service; they are friendly, polite and you never feel awkward or uncomfortable - thank you for looking after me, you do an amazing job

Calling for an appointment can sometimes be difficult and cumbersome equally scheduled phone appointments often run significantly behind - my last was an hour late

I give these answers as my feeding team appointment got cancelled 15 mins before I was suppose to be at my appointment & I was already in the car heading there & there was no other face to face appointment in Corby would have had to go Wellingborough so I had to do face time call which I would have preferred a face to face appointment & stoke of the things I was told didn’t match what my health visitor and midwife told me.

Have more staff in Corby to do face to face feeding support as it’s hard to travel with a new born baby and toddler & cancelled my appointment with more notice
