[name removed] has made me feel heard and supported, on a huge degree. I had spent a large duration of time within the services, receiving little to no support, prior to meeting [name removed]. That experience had concluded in me feeling lost, alone and hopeless. Since moving to the Northamptonshire area and meeting [name removed], I have received the care and understanding that I did not believe was obtainable. I have gained knowledge, confidence and overcome a great deal, with his support and guidance. Upon our meetings, we discuss some worries or concerns that I may be experiencing and we take our time processing and coming up with resolutions. We discuss opportunities, research vacancies and interests. We incorporate my interests into possible career options. As well as this, [name removed] had even offered to visit my place of work, to help them understand my areas of difficulty and how to help everyone obtain a healthy working atmosphere. I am beyond grateful to have had the experience of working with [name removed], our meetings are always greatly beneficial; even on a bad day, when I just need a reason to get me out of the house.

At this point, I have nothing to declare in order to better this service. [name removed] is always punctual, understanding, polite and friendly. We meet up in a local coffee shop, which makes it more relaxed and comfortable. I am happy with all that I have experienced so far and couldn't ask for more.

My CBD therapist [name removed] was always very kind, professional and supportive. I felt safe and understood. He was able to understand my needs and kindly with patience lead me on the therapeutic process. Therapy with [name removed] was very helpfull.

If the doctor had given me this form I could have done it and moved onto the next stage. I think everyone has such individual needs that this group meeting doesn’t work.

Workshop required completion of charts as a pre requisite, but assumed this hadnt been done, so would have been helpful to focus on next steps

I can't fault the Northampton crisis cafe so supportive better than the day service. Staff are brilliant supportive and very caring

Was seen and treated for and elbow injury by [name removed] at Corby diagnostic centre. He was kind and professional. I came across other staff members who were helpful giving directions and assisting me with obtaining a mask. Excellent care from them all.

The continence workshop was good. It gave a good insight into reasons for inconvenience and how to approach them. The delivery was good from my personal perspective. I do feel a six week wait to see if the program is successful is a bit to long. I also am still unsure how to support my child at school with her continence needs. I feel, the program could benefit a class teacher to help them understand a pupils continence needs, if a child only wets in school. As psychological stress (pace of learning) and peer bullying ( other pupils hiding in toilets waiting to frighten a child) are contributing to our child’s wetting at school. What work can be done with schools? Thank you kindly and best wishes.
