[name removed] has made me feel heard and supported, on a huge degree. I had spent a large duration of time within the services, receiving little to no support, prior to meeting [name removed]. That experience had concluded in me feeling lost, alone and hopeless. Since moving to the Northamptonshire area and meeting [name removed], I have received the care and understanding that I did not believe was obtainable. I have gained knowledge, confidence and overcome a great deal, with his support and guidance. Upon our meetings, we discuss some worries or concerns that I may be experiencing and we take our time processing and coming up with resolutions. We discuss opportunities, research vacancies and interests. We incorporate my interests into possible career options. As well as this, [name removed] had even offered to visit my place of work, to help them understand my areas of difficulty and how to help everyone obtain a healthy working atmosphere. I am beyond grateful to have had the experience of working with [name removed], our meetings are always greatly beneficial; even on a bad day, when I just need a reason to get me out of the house.

At this point, I have nothing to declare in order to better this service. [name removed] is always punctual, understanding, polite and friendly. We meet up in a local coffee shop, which makes it more relaxed and comfortable. I am happy with all that I have experienced so far and couldn't ask for more.
