I have rated the service good only based on how long it took for the appointments to take place. I do however appreciate the waiting times and huge demands placed in the nhs r staff.

Dr [name removed] was professional yet warm and engaging with my teenage son who was initially not happy about having to see somebody about his mental health due to diabetes. At no point did we feel like just another patient and parent going through the process. Every session felt very person centered.

Neither my son or I feel there are any improvements that can be made. If I had to think of something then my son really enjoyed the outdoor walk and talk over the sitting in a room each session, maybe this could be offered in sessions depending on weather / surroundings etc.

The ICT care my father received was absolutely excellent. Everyone who visited was professional, understanding and extremely kind. This service was the highest one could possibly expect.

I felt listened to and safe and this should be given as good feedback to the staff here I was glad I saw some thank you cards at the crisis cafe today as recognition of what service they provide here.

I got great care when we were on the "list" . It took a quit some time for get to the care list. There was waiting time a bit linger than i would liked.

Shorten the waiting list!

Really helpful support from [name removed] over several years. My sons had a lot of different troubles while he's been under your care and we really appreciate all of the help to get him where he is.

Having spent money on many private lactation consultants I can honestly say [name removed] and her team were a cut above the rest. The time and care they all have given has been fantastic I felt supported and heard and honestly think I would have given up breastfeeding without them.

Just wish [name removed] was available more she’s brilliant

Have only had one phone call so far as was on waiting list, had completed a questionnaire and returned. Lady I spoke to, [name removed], was really nice and took time to hear me and how I was and was very helpful. Spoke to her yesterday and got my information today, now waiting for another support group to email their availability through, will be able to give further feedback after that.

Waiting list time, but appreciate this is not very controllable
