Have only had one phone call so far as was on waiting list, had completed a questionnaire and returned. Lady I spoke to, [name removed], was really nice and took time to hear me and how I was and was very helpful. Spoke to her yesterday and got my information today, now waiting for another support group to email their availability through, will be able to give further feedback after that.

Waiting list time, but appreciate this is not very controllable
