They way Dr Wilkinson and Dr Montgomery and staff greeted you, and made you feel comfortable and I was treated like a VIP and good results at the end of my visits and a very clean and tidy staff building very clean and toilets.

Very professional and caring nursing staff.
My 10 year old daughter felt very relaxed and at ease.

Every member of staff very efficient and pleasant - especially the man on the desk at reception in ultrasound. Kept informed re waiting times but clinic run pretty much to time.

Dr Stables friendly and efficient. I had to wait over an hour to be seen and there was no indication of this on the board. It was only when I enquired about the delay that a receptionist went to enquire then wrote '45 min delay' or the board - When in fact it was an hour. It would also be nice to have a quick 'Sorry for your wait' from the nurse practitioner. When and enquired about the wait she was very defensive.

From arriving to departure everyone treated me with courtesy and a smile.
Dr Rahim - gave me personal attention - explaining everything simply, but fully.

Friendly, caring informative staff. Very reassuring team.
Didn't know what to do with car parking voucher, would be better if came with instruction.
