Dr Stables friendly and efficient. I had to wait over an hour to be seen and there was no indication of this on the board. It was only when I enquired about the delay that a receptionist went to enquire then wrote '45 min delay' or the board - When in fact it was an hour. It would also be nice to have a quick 'Sorry for your wait' from the nurse practitioner. When and enquired about the wait she was very defensive.
