The level of care and professionalism is fantastic. The day services team are all so welcoming, but also knew when they need to be him and focused with us all. Army and [name removed] are a real credit to the clinic and I have personally really benefited and enjoyed waiting with them.
In terms of what can be improved. I think there are too many handouts that are easy to lose. It would be great if the documents could be packaged together and maybe handed out as a cleaner set (ie some of them do not have headings on them). It would also be good it these could be made available on care afterwards (may be with a username/password). If you ever needed help with this, call me :).

- Think the classes should be more tailored to certain issues e.g. drugs/eating disorders
- More individual time with certain assistants that are specialists in your area of need.
- Certain staff were very caring and helpful.

* Lots of positive 1:1 s with day staff.
* Nurses are very understanding around upsetting events, would like to mention [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] and [name removed].
* Not all disputes between patients were dealt with very well- one patient I tried to distance myself from on advice of therapist but was not supported with this by nurses.
* Found there was a lack of communication between patients, nurses, consultants and therapists, especially if main consultant is on A/L.
* Overheard night staff moaning about patients in the kitchen where all other patients could hear.

The nurses were very helpful approachable and compassionate I have a very good relationship with my psychiatrist and psychologist. I feel the vegetarian selection could be improved.
The cleaning ladies do a wonderful job and are very kind and helpful.

EMDR - supported listened to - memories concrete - no self harm just feel like deep sadness - nurses clinical profession very good!
