The level of care and professionalism is fantastic. The day services team are all so welcoming, but also knew when they need to be him and focused with us all. Army and [name removed] are a real credit to the clinic and I have personally really benefited and enjoyed waiting with them. In terms of what can be improved. I think there are too many handouts that are easy to lose. It would be great if the documents could be packaged together and maybe handed out as a cleaner set (ie some of them do not have headings on them). It would also be good it these could be made available on care afterwards (may be with a username/password). If you ever needed help with this, call me :).
