Nursing staff give excellent care and regular one to one's. The care plan work I was given by [name removed] was both regularly and simple!/n(Do not send letters). Cleaning and kitchen staff exemplary.

Staff were lovely and very helpful.
Communication is extremely poor, the Dr shows a total lack of empathy with regards to correspondence. The initial assessment was great and I was very pleased with how it went and the detailed report. Unfortunately the after Care is poor, the lack of communication, emails are ignored and phone calls are not returned. I’m now looking to move the care to another provider. I had high expectations for this clinic and the reality is they’ve now fallen well below what’s acceptable in my opinion.

The staff here literally saved my life. They were not approachable and a great support for me, but also my family. They got us all through it together. The staff are kind friendly and very accommodating to individual needs

The staff and facilities were excellent.
The group sessions were mixed but I understand they need to cater for a wide guidelines.
Her sessions were most helpful to me. I was expecting more work around the darker side of addiction and how it could be reminded from the other sessions.
To be improved is the isolation when first coming in. One rule throughout.
To not be quickly scolded at the dinner table when things are not clear.
Doctor patients not to be passed over to local fellowships straight away.
When mental capacity is not properly assessed.
I personally feel the cold badly and was freezing!
Majority treated beautifully some snappy.
Some unhelpful.
Some could be more hurting, especially when upset.
