As an outpatient, I do not understand the reason for Q on timely information - my meetings are conversational, without a pre-planned structure or path.

Excellent, nonjudgemental staff who really helped (and continue to help and support) me during a very challenging time in my life. I am forever indebted to all staff and professionals working at the Cardinal Clinic. I am particularly thankful to Dr [name removed] and Dr [name removed].

I've tried to call the nurses helpline a couple times since leaving the Cardinal Clinic, but the phone has never been answered. A friend of mine also experienced similarly. It would be really helpful to ensure someone could answer the phones after patient discharge if patients are experiencing mental health crisis.

The house and gardens are beautiful, I feel very comfortable and secure on arrival . Reception Staff are caring, my CBT psychologist is always kind and compassionate.
