Excellent, nonjudgemental staff who really helped (and continue to help and support) me during a very challenging time in my life. I am forever indebted to all staff and professionals working at the Cardinal Clinic. I am particularly thankful to Dr [name removed] and Dr [name removed].

I've tried to call the nurses helpline a couple times since leaving the Cardinal Clinic, but the phone has never been answered. A friend of mine also experienced similarly. It would be really helpful to ensure someone could answer the phones after patient discharge if patients are experiencing mental health crisis.
