On admittance I was welcomed with 100% compassion and care - this continued throughout my stay. I will never forget my time in the clinic - which helped us enormously to be a stronger, confident person. Thank you for the cardinal clinic.

Did not receive a tailored service to manage my conditions. The facility does not offer this yet the expectation was that it would main focus is on trailing with medication to manage the conditions. Not value of money when compared with service provided.

High standards of care- nothing and health came assistants etc. Informative group therapy beautiful location inside and out.

Excellent care, always a caring ear to listen and helpful advice, that will help me for the rest of my life. I have learnt so much about boundaries and self- esteem and life- lessons that I have never leant at other in-patient clinic before. This is an amazing place!

The routine was useful, the nurses were kind and got to know me, the groups were mostly useful {not clear} and more night before bed was good.
Suggested improvements
Put a list on dashboard of activity suggestions especially for weekend.
A couple nurses were a bit blank/harsh at times.
Find us for meds at 10 pm.
roups sometimes felt like a lecture and some people spoke the whole time. I suggest involving everyone and the patients talking more than therapist more worksheets time in group to fill them out.

This place saved my life. The doctors and nurses spend so much time (with care) at helping people gain the tools to cope with life.
