The staff treat patients with compassion, respect and care, the advice and support has been invaluable and expert and insightful. The consultants and therapists are excellent.
Suggested improvements
Medication/ relaxation on Tuesdays scheduled 1:1 appointments with a nurse once a week, rather than needing to seek it out.

Staff kind and friendly. Good group classes. Excellent food nice outside space. Consultant very good.

- Better communication about frequency and purpose of care plans of ensure patient involved and provided copy.

My care was brilliant. I had one-to-ones every other day, amazing care from [name removed], [name removed] and all other staff. I felt safe.
Suggested improvements
Treating other patients/ supporting others like you did me, over-medicating needs to stop! Eg. Go to groups people need more motivation to do things.

Offer excellent well round support. Supportive staff, treating us with dignity and respect. Do a good job of kind of 'bringing people back to life'.

Day program groups can be a bit respective.

I have had a great experience and the help has been consistently excellent. The nurses and all the staff have helped me lots.

- Some soap in bathrooms.
- Boundaries/ confidential meeting at the beginning.
- Party or trips out in a mini- bus.
